Default Turbo front aerokit spoiler

I know there are several threads on this but every link I click on in other threads for an aftermarket OEM clone front aerokit lip is no longer available. Any of you recently purchase or know of an after market one available? Suncoast has OEM available for $1,100

Any other alternatives worth considering?

I buy a couple of these every time they come in stock on Amazon.. for $119 you can't beat them. The front spoiler is a "consumable" on the turbo. It has a little more scoop and a tad bit shinier than stock but it's fine. Sorry I can't find the model number in the description.

Cyclrder - thank for the reply. I was able to find on Amazon what you posted. Question, is this the Aerokit lip? The description doesn't state aerokit but on the picture you posted it looks like your lip has a bit of scoop on it. Looks great by the way! My current lip goes nearly straight down. I have no idea if I have an OEM or aftermarket lip on my car currently as I purchased it with that lip on it already.

the OEM lip goes straight down and in my opinion ages the car. This aftermarket does have a little bit of scoop on the outer edges and I think looks better than the standard one. The Ikon would not be suitable for painting but it does the job fine. My driveway always scrapes when I pull the car in and so I know that every 2 years I need to swap it out when it eventually cracks or looks to scraped up. Luckily, the actual body of the car is never damaged and it's simply a matter of putting another lip on.

the OEM aero looks soo much better than the standard one but my $120 IKON looks just like the aero. Nice blue! the full body paint package looks the best, but between my driveway and the sand pitting that comes from running Cup 2 tires I'd be repainting them all of the time!

The IKON lip that Cyclrder posted looks like it is somewhere between the OEM stock and OEM aerokit lip. I like it. I think i will order one.

Cyclrder - Why do you say the IKON is not suitable for painting?

it’s a bit of gloss on the black and might require a lot of prep work…. I’ve never painted plastics and so am not at expert…

Gotcha. I have a black car so the gloss black may work out fine. I may have some other paint work going on at the same time is the reason for the question.

That lip does look like a great alternative as I agree they’re pretty disposable.

I received the lip I ordered from Amazon and it appears damaged to me. I don't think it was folded over in the box but you can see the kink (or bend) near the vent hole. Is this normal at all? I'm sure it will settle out over time but I could not pull it straight with a bit of force. I may have received a returned lip as the plastic bag had dirt on it and the end was already opened.

That’s not good… get them to send another one… I bet they don’t make you send it back… then I would hit it with a hair dryer and or heat gun… 2 for 1!
