Try putting in a bathtub will really hot water. I bet that would relax it back.

Mine had that a bit (not quite a bad as the pic) and I used a small piece of wood and slid it into the open slot to help form it back to normal, and then put it in front of a heat gun for 30 minutes.. it eventually returned to normal shape.. not perfect, IMO, but pretty close to OEM.

I got one of these cheap lips off Ebay a couple years ago and it also showed up bent out of shape near the vents just like the pictures above.
A little heat from a heat gun or hairdryer softened it up to get it back into shape and it looks fine installed. Mine was every bit as wonky as Ryans Rebel above.

Side note, just checked and the amazon store has some back in stock.
I just ordered two of them myself.
My car's going into the shop for some paint work so I might as well get these pre-painted while I'm at it lol
