I really think that you should ask your Indy/Mechanic to remove all of the extruded coolant fittings>> remove the old glue, sand/rough them up and then re- JB Weld all of the fittings. If one of these fittings loosen up>they will start leaking/weeping. You will have to spend your labor dollars twice to repair. It is the glue bond that fails. Installing fasteners does not cure the main issue. I have seen it. I would also replace all of the coolant hoses since age is against you. Porsche has updated the hose design since these cars were new. They have a reinforced shoulder. Good luck..

I also seen that your mechanic did not secure the water pump console with a new bolt. If it is not secured, there is a risk of cutting the oring that seals the turbocharger scavenge pump to the engine case.
