Default Rear spoiler hydraulic issue

My spoiler will not retract after deploying when braking at 75 mph. Once the engine is off and restarted the manual switch will retract. What's the fix?

Refill and bleed with Pentosin. Simple system. Check for leaks at the base of the lift cylinders.

Or ditch the hydraulics.

I was able to ditch the hydraulics and now the wing is in a fixed position even higher than with the hydraulics.

Get David’s stuff and go higher! When mine goes south that’s what I am getting.

Mine is still working but here is my solution: I am having the OEM factory Aerokit front spoiler/lip (Suncoast parts) installed as we speak and am about to order this CF Aerokit rear spoiler (Have looked but cannot find an OEM aerokit rear spoiler): https://www.carid.com/d2s/aero-kit-style-rear-wing-spoiler-mpn-p997ct-w1t-cf.html?singleid=25585920&url=5353719

If one can do a oil change or brake pad change, you can refill and bleed the hydraulic wing system.
Regardless, I rebuild each wing cylinder for $248.00

Please keep us posted on the quality and install of that aftermarket aerokit wing. I've always had an itch to find an aerokit wing but as you've noticed, OEM examples are extremely hard to find.

I went the permanent route - up position with a kit from Florida. I have the pump unit I removed and will sell to anyone interested. In perfect condition. Just let me know?

Bruce in Arizona.

Fixed position looks broken to me and worth less on resale in my opinion.

I had mine rebuilt with better seals 3 years ago at a shop in FL who mainly does hydraulic systems. I would say Kevin's price at $250 per cylinder is a tad cheaper than what I paid.
