Hi Rob,
Congrats!! I'm don't normally like yellow on cars but wow, your car looks great! Something about the yellow cab really works.
By 'way down the road', you mean like, a month or two? Hard not to add a little custom when appropriate.
Pure Michigan! Enjoy and I look forward to seeing you out and about/

Man I have always wanted a speed yellow 911. So happy for you bro. The cars looks awesome!
I would give you a kidney to sell to help you out with the membership, but I'm down to one after owning a F360 for 3 years.
Enjoy man, you'll love it.

Only 18? Maybe it is time to sell it for $95k!!! (Although someone once told me that rare and desirable don't always go together!)
What is the total 2008 cab/tip volume??

Yellow cars like that are so striking, it's hard to not stop and stare. The only reason I have owned 3 911's is due to a yellow 1988 911 Carrera that blew by me on the GW Parkway here in DC one day, 20 years ago. It made my heartbeat flutter and I knew I just HAD to have a yellow 911 one day. Some way, some how. I never did get a yellow one, but I do love them.

I agree about the yellow - although it has to be the right shade/tone (I'm not a fan of the newer Race Yellow - too harsh of a yellow for me). My hot rod has the same reaction - it not only attracts insects - but there is something about yellow (on the right car) that really seems to draw people over to it at car shows and to take pics with it.
To me - it is almost like the yellow makes it toy-like, especially if the car styling is clean/flowing.

Congrats, we also have a Speed Yellow cab, it's a 6 spd manual with stone grey interior. It gets a lot of compliments as I'm sure yours will also!! Enjoy!

Thanks! The Yamaha (2006 R6 50th Anniversary) is incredible. I believe it has a 17.5k rpm redline and it feels like the TT when you are above 10k rpm. You better hang on!
I've owned it since 2008 - no problems with it. I have it up for sale because I have not used it much the last few years and it is time for someone else to enjoy it (maybe you - fly up to MI and ride it home!???)!
