Default 2010 997.2 Turbo PDK delay/slipping

I am a 'new' owner of a 2010 997.2 Turbo with 39K miles and love the performance! I have had a PDK before in a 2012 Cayman R and don't remember any delay or slipping occasionally when accelerating away from a stoplight. This most recently occurred when my wife was in the car and was making a left turn in front of a fast moving car. The RPM's went up but the car seemed to hesitate which made the situation significantly worse. I've had it happen one more time where I jumped on the throttle from a dead stop and the car seemed to just rev and didn't move away much....and then took off like a rocket.

I've done a search on various threads and seen some similar occurrences with no published fix or resolution - one suggested a PDK replacement. The last owner had the PDK service completed about 8K miles ago.

Any words of wisdom or fixes would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Is your car tuned? The PDK can be reprogrammed to deliver higher clamping load.

Take it to a dealer and have the clutches re-aligned or re-adapted. I believe it's done through PIWIS at a dealer and makes a difference.
