Be careful up there man!! Crazy murder rate!!

Will do!! I always post my pics and vids. Not trying to brag, but when I was looking at cars and getting into Porsches (or any sort of motorsport), I always love looking at / watching others pics / vids. It's what inspires me and gets me excited for my purchases. That's all I hope this thread will do for someone, like other did me.

haha I am in the west burbs. So not bad out here. Let's just hope they keep that business in the city. Or stop just cut it out!

I am bought a camaro years ago and hardly use it. I hardly have time to get out and stretch the legs on my car. Let alone go through hours of video to edit and piece together. But I need to start using it more and post like you do. No doubt about that.

I just got a 2011 version of your car and can't stop finding any reason to take it for a drive. Food, drinks, errands, etc....

Based in Charlotte Area so need to do a Mountain run! Did you ever go to Linville Grandfather Mountain Area?

I know what you mean man. This thing excites me every time I toss a leg inside it. Post a pic of your car!! Did you buy it from the guy here on RL that was selling one recently??

Not heard of Linville Grandfather Mountain... I'll have to look that up!

You need to purchase a TPC DSC Immediately!! Trust me!! Check out my install vid if you haven't. Easy mod and great mod for the money.

This is my first attempt to upload a pic. I am assuming they are too large on screen but here is the 2011 Factory Aero Kit TTS.

The picture of 2014 GT500 with 725 hp is what I sold. I just got board with it and its incredible load sound. It really just made insane Nascar noise and drama to go fast. Police would literally hear me 2 miles away.

Yeah, you got me looking at DSC but I do like to keep thing stock. Modified many cars, boats, PWC over the years and always have something go wrong.

Also considering a EP. GMP Performance is here in Charlotte. Anyone have any experience with them good or bad?

Beautiful Car brother!! Congrats!!

I know what you mean about modding things... I like stock cars but have modded many in the past too. Great thing about the DSC is that it's plug and play. 8-9 mins. and it only changes the feel / action of the PASM suspension for the BETTER. If you didn't like it (doubtful) or decided to go back to stock, it's totally reversible in the same 8-9 mins. And you can sell it on here to someone looking to purchase one and get most of you $ back.

I bet DSC is awesome in mountains, track or autocross for sure. Around town not many turns to feel it but when I do get a nice tight turn it does dive a little inward like minor stable oversteer but I think that is the rear braking effect I read about. Seems to rotate the car nicely for launch of turn onto a straight.

Read the reviews.. It TOTALLY helps for around town also. The ride is a LOT better.

Stock PASM never used any of the mid range between soft and stiff. The DSC uses 0-100% depending on conditions and driving style.

Trust me, it's not just for curves..

I just had my PDK serviced today. They gave me a 2018 718 Boxster S (PDK) as a loaner. Fun little car for sure.

The newer car PDK's do seem to be quicker / smother. Maybe it's just that it only had 3950 miles on it when I got it.

My car seems like it may be a tad smother after the service, but I'm just happy I had it done as "preventative".
I'm no where near the 60K miles but Porsche recommended the service at the 6 year mark.

The pdk software (and possibly the hardware) has definitely improved over the generations... 991.1 is better than 997.2, 991.2 the best so far...

I think he just meant thing always progress for each generation. Paul knows that the .1's only had a Tip. He's a smart guy about these things. As you are too Sir..
Unless he was referring to the non Turbo 09's that had PDK's... Correct??

Thanks for all the help and guidance along the way from everyone.

Wasn't there a PDK in the 09 standard models? I thought that's what you may be referring to.
