PPI/Eyes on in Austin,TX and shipping to NC?
Gents, I was wondering if anyone of you fine gentlemen can get eyes on a vehicle for me in ATX, and where the best place to get a PPI is?
Also if any of you have a preferred shipper that has good rates, that would be cool too!

The vehicle is heavily modified ie. suspension, tune, exhaust, clutch. All to my liking of course, but would rather take it to an Indy that works with specialized performance Turbos vs the dealership. The car has been tracked a few times so looking for excessive wear and tear as well, that a specialized shop owner may have a better eye for.

PPI
I like TPWS. They are not a performance shop but they are P car specialists and very thorough.

Alternatives that I would consider include ATX Autosport and Moorespeed.
Let me know if you would like me to take a look. I am no mechanic but would be willing to offer my opinion. I would find out all you can about who did the mods.

Agree that both ATX Autosport and Moorespeed are reputable, I've done business with both on my old F430 and my current 997.2T.

Looks like it is going to Moorespeed, then shortly after a Ceramic Coating and full front/rear flare Xpel treatment!
Also, I have decided against shipping the car. I think a flight to Austin to meet the wonderful owner who has answered all of my questions and been super kind throughout this is in order.
Then a drive east to Pensacola, FL where I went through flight school, up north to Nashville to get some good food, east through Tail of the Dragon and the Biltmore Estate in Ashville, NC...maybe a stop in Charlotte to say hello to a recently single ex-girlfriend and finally to Wilmington, NC area where I am stationed.
About 2000 miles and I have 5 maybe 6 days to do it!

Just trying to find some areas where I can open it up and see how the Turbos react in real work conditions under varying loads.
Also looked up what VTGs actually are and will be doing a write up of how VTGs are the exact same concept as the turbine engines of my helicopter, changing the angle of the inlet guide vanes to allow for less or more airflow, providing high torque outputs at low rpm

I'd get a shop very familiar with the mods to look at it without question.
Memories, I failed the Navy eye (color blind) test badly, even with the corpsman trying to 'help' me. Med school was option #2....flight school beats the crap outta surgical residency anytime.
GL with car and trip back!
