Which functional roll bar do you guys suggest for a Gt2?? Will be mostly street driven but will see some track time. What color do you think looks best on white?? I'm thinking red. Thanks for your opinions.

I debated the color choice on my white RS. Ultimately went with white and I couldn't be happier with that decision. See pic as my avatar. I can take more if you want. I know it feels like a big choice.

What brand did you go with?? I am between white and red myself. Your belts in red make it nice with some interior color.

White roll bar in mine but do not know the brand. Suggest you check around with several mfgr.s to see what fits! GMG, BBI, etc. Some bars are one piece and tricky to install while others are multi piece. Mounting points are usually shock towers in rear and seat belt mount by front door jamb. Check with your assumed installer to see what they recommend.

I have had both black and white cages in white porsches. I've seen red done too.

Red works as highlight touches inside the car. Eg seat belts.

Doing whole cage in red, for a white car, is overload imho. White cage looks awesome.

I have white in white RS. Red belts. Sorry for the crappy photo. I think white rollbar looks great in a white car

Looks like so far an overwhelming response for a white bar.. I guess you can't have too much white!! LOL

Here is my 2008 from back in 2010 at Road America, and you can sort of see the cage. Definitely go with White.
I sold that car for a silver GT2RS and I miss my white GT2...

Man. The only guy in the world with a 2RS that can miss a Gt2. Haha that's awesome man. What an amazing car you have. Thanks for the pic. Looks like white is the way to go. Maybe in a 997 white with red graphics 3RS red would be good. Shocked more people not voting for red bars.

i have had brushed look w/ tequioment roll bar, which looked great to me however for the gt3 i went w/ wrinkle black per mooty suggestion. i love it. incognito.

^None of my business, but roll cage without buckets is just not right. (Looking at your picture it appears that your car has Adaptives?)
