Not good cracks extend all the way to the slots. I'd replace them if it were my car. One doesn't want to have a rotor come apart if he can avoid it.

They're grooves not slots though, correct? They look fine to me, almost identical to my new Alcons after 2 track days.

Rears are fine fronts are getting close. What pads will you run?
Pfc08 we're hell on my Brembo rotors.

What's surprising is how big the front cracks are yet the front disc has over 56% life left by thickness.

I run mine down to 32.1mm (they start at 34mm and are dead at 32mm) but I didn't have cracks that long. I use project Mu pads which are superb, and do a cool down lap whenever possible too.

Anyway, looking at them, I would absolutely still use the fronts until cracks get near the disc edge, and inspect them regularly. It's the edge of the disc I understand to be the point to watch re cracks, not the slots.

Rears obviously are fine.

I assume you bed the discs as per manufacturer guides when new?

I think it's probably the PFCs doing the cracking - think I may switch up compounds

Thanks guys front rotors swapped and nittos are on - t-minus 8 days

Brembo spec is 33mm
Inspect inner and outer edges on both sides of disc
When cracks appear to an edge or they get to 33mm they're done

No problem. Plenty left. Run them till you get a crack that radiates to the edge.

Agree with others. Not until you see concentric scoring or loss of the grooves will you need to consider replacement.

FWIW the 2-piece alcons on the Cup *warp* before they wear out.

Ooofff, those fronts look tested. If I'm not "racing," I do a fairly nice cool down. You'll be surprised how much longer rotors and bearings will last....

SN: No love for Ferodo amongst most Pcar owners unfortunately.

I have the ferodos ds111. Love them. Really easy on rotors.

I have turbo rotors on the rear and have gotten 8 days out of them and am starting to show small cracks.
