Car looks great!

Question - is this rust spot in the lower left corner of the photo below common on the RS? I've seen a couple of cars with this and am wondering if it's due to the lack of weatherproofing on the tub. And also what would be the appropriate way to correct it...

Its common. Cause? See the vent line for the battery? Yeah, that needs to be BELOW the chassis. Also, AGM or Lithium.
