Default GT3 vs Turbo

I have a 997.2 GT3 that I throughly enjoy, but don't drive daily and my wonderful wife has chosen that being over 70 she no longer is interested in driving stick. We have other cars. So I'm at least toying with trading this beauty for a Turbo S so she can drive it and we can use it for trips. HOWEVER I keep thinking that the 2011 GT 3 is within 30 VINs of the last of the Megzer engines, the last of the stick GT 3's and the last of the manual handbrake GT3's and is holding its value better than the Turbos. Every time I start to think about trading it I end up asking myself WHY. Others thoughts

Which model turbo? 997.2TT or 991.1TT? PDK is nice and more useable as a DD

My wife is also of that age and doesn't drive sticks.
Problem solved with a MB - SL55 AMG. She loves her supercharged flip-top.

keep the 997.2gt3
add a 991 GT3 and leave pdk to drive itself
it's a gt3 but it is way comfier than 7gt3
try one, really
lots of idiots are dumping them now. see how many for sale on various sites.

Add a daily driver if you can. Believe there will be regret ultimately when selling a 997 GT3.

Any idea why this "dumping" is occurring? I enjoy my 991 GT3 and prefer PDK.

Thank you for your comments and yes the GT3 is staying. To put things more in prospective, my wife's daily driver is a Cayenne Diesel which she loves. She also drives the '12 Boxster Spyder that has PDK ... so she is happy and happy that I have my toys. Having toys (paid for) and spoiling grandchildren is why we put up with the aches and pains of being a senior.

with a pepper diesel and PDK spyder in the driveway you NEED a stick Mezger in the house.

Turbo S is fantastic daily driver everyday super performer, but you already have too many PDK cars in the driveway.

You want a stick mezger for evening and weekend rips.

Without question keep the GT3, it's a polar opposite to a turbo and having one manual isn't a bad thing.

Or add a Turbo. Best of both worlds. I can attest
