2010.
Gt3.
Pccb.
Adaptive sports.
Sport chrono w/o PCM.
Lightweight headlights.

Price seems, dare I say, low, for a dealer....?

Car has been for sale for a while. I guess the light option list + mileage makes it unattractive. I have no idea about the DME report but based on the price it might not be clean. Went from $119k to $105k. Could probably be a good track rat

I looked at it two weeks ago, it has range 4 over revs. And for some reason the carfax doesn't show it ever being sold new until 2015. The dealer couldn't explain that one. Maybe it was a Canadian car originally? When I ran the Vin it listed it as a press car in the option list maybe that has something to do with it.

Carfax will still show date of in service for Canada car. It tracks there now.

Here you go the over rev report and the carfax with no pre information are the reasons this car is still sitting. Although we don't know the total operating hours range 4 over revs seems to be a mis-shift. As I said earlier this car could be a great dedicated track toy.
Now that I recall I think this car was once for sale at Eurocar inc around November/December last year. I remember seeing that similar carfax not showing any information before 2015 and also showing it has remaining factory warranty! Could be the same car.

I like how it shows that the "owner" drove 24,583 miles in 26 days! Lol.

Maybe try that one .
It has been for sale for a while too!
Or you have this one . Since you are looking for a 3.9 build mileage shouldn't be an issue. You just have to like red
