The reality is that most folks don’t have the long-term interest or attention to sit on a car like that until 2036 before they can bring it state-side, but I hope someone will try — I’ll be rooting for them. 😀

On the green RS, I saw that its listed as British Racing Green, I thought BRG was a little (maybe a couple shades) darker than that and that looks more Emerald...Am I wrong? I know color is subjective and it varies in digital copy, but all the pics I'm seeing of this beautiful creature are pretty consistent......

I don't get what they meant by "Alcantara inlays" Was there something different on that car?
Its not really $100k. Converting $ to € plus the 20% VAT plus registration etc. it’s closer to $70.
Now factor in storage, rent, insurance and how many times you actually drive the vehicle there and the proposition looses its luster, hence why it’s not done more often.
Arbitrage is for the wealthy, not the cheap trying to save a buck.

In 2040 lets say, when these cars are eligible to be imported to the United States, and we all agree they are some of the best Porsches made, will US collectors pay the same amount of money (or more) if the GT3RS is in an interesting color, has the right options etc, vs what can be bought here today or in the future in the US. Case in point Euro F40 vs US F40s. Price discrepancies are quickly being "arbitraged" out because at the end of the day, there are a limited amount of F40, GT3RS, Skylines to go around, and in 17 years nobody is going to care where the car was (if maintained etc) nor what the emission/legislative issues were at the time of production. So I guess buying Euro only cars like the EB110, McLaren F1 was a stupid investment decision? The answer is absolutely not.
If I buy a car in the US, I still have to allocate storage space/garage space, insurance, gas an maintenance here in the US. So for me, that's a wash no matter in which country it sits. There are reputable car storage spaces both in the United States and in Europe, which cost roughly the same. But lets say the cost is a factor. $500 per month extra, that $6K a year. You now have broken "even". But you go to Europe, and you have in this example a GT3RS to drive in the alps, etc etc, which you can/t do in America, and if you wanted to drive your car there, you'd have to ship it, insure it etc, and ship it back. Thats a different animal than shipping within the United States. So over 13 years your cost of ownership is exactly the same (unless you have property in Europe) but every time you go to Europe you have a "rental car" that is totally awesome. Can't put a price on that.
