Default WTB - clean set of 997.2 GT3 OEM CL wheels in silver

If you have a clean set of these you don't need and are willing to let go, let me know. SF Bay Area local best, but will consider shipping within USA.

TIA.

thx flt

looks like these cl stock wheels are kinda hard to come by used from board members ...5000 a set new from suncoast makes no sense since these are cast wheels (but to my eye they look very very nice on the 997.2 gt3)

I agree, the gt3 cl's are a very appropriate looking wheel. Some wheel mfr should consider duplicating these with weight savings in mind.

100% agree with this statement. I felt the same and would be all over this if it were the case.

GMG's LMS wheel looks pretty nice and similar to the factory wheels.

I have a set in Miami, where I will be heading to next Friday. Let me know if you're interested. They're silver as well

Silver or Platinum?

I have 4 that just came back from painting by Doug Isert of WheelWorks, a specialist in the Seattle area.
OEM labels still intact, they had tires mounted with 1600 miles and light scratches when dismounted so had them painted at a cost of $800.
Prior to painting we spun these on a wheel balance and they are true. Also notice very few weights had been needed to balance them which is consistent.
Looking around it appears $4k is the going rate?

I have a set of OEM wheels and I'm located in Mountain View/San Jose. I wasn't really planning on selling them, but depending on price I may be willing to let them go given that I have a total of 3 sets of wheels right now for the GT3. Shoot me a PM if you are interested and what you are looking to spend on the rims. I'm not really familiar with the going rate for the OEM wheels.
