How many heat cycles do these NT01 have left?

No. They are not directional. There is just inside/outside which becomes meaningless once most of the siping is gone. They really should be directional to prevent the tread splice from opening.

315/30/18 is too short for a 997 GT3. You need 305/35/18..

Nitto's don't get really good until they are just 2 grooves left and nothing else. There's still a good bit left in those tires as Serge stated.
I think the surface will ultimately determine heat cycles...that and proper alignment. I can get 50 cycles out of them at Mid Ohio but I can only get 20 out of them at Putnam Park just a few hours away. In general expect double the life of a Hoosier.
That said, you're going to kill those on the inside edge way before the rest of the tire is gone. Are you driving them to and from the track??? If not you have too much rear camber in the rear of the car.

1) the rears were much more worn than the fronts
2) sliding the car/grip compromised by wet track/mud, etc.
With those scenarios I had a really annoying time with ABS freaking out if I tried to brake while turning at all (even brushing the brake). Doesn't happen with 305/35. YMMV.

I ran them for a while. Not a GT3 (C2S), but I found that I didn't have issues unless
1) the rears were much more worn than the fronts
2) sliding the car/grip compromised by wet track/mud, etc.
