Default Feedback on potential 2010 GT3 purchase

Hi guys . Sorry if you see these threads too much, but as a potential buyer in this crazy market, I need some feedback from the more experienced members...***mooty...***

What do you guys think of the value of this 2010 GT3 from a dealer:

* $118K firm.
* 17K Miles
* Super Fast Carrera White
* CPO (2 years, 100K)
* Dynamic Engine Mounts
* Front Axle Lift
* Adaptive Sport Seats (no buckets ...)
* Sound Package Plus
* Nav
* Sport Chrono Plus

That is pretty much the big options. Not sure the MSRP. I use to want buckets, but I see they are hard to find... Keep in mind, I need a dealer closer by for a trade in for tax credits to make it work ideally. It's almost unbelievable to look at the price vs 1 or 2 years ago.

Ugh. Sorry forgot to type in the price. 118K firm, can't get them to budge.

Seems like where the market is around these days. Did you check the DME report? Any over revs?

DME not yet. I will check tomorrow if I go see it in person. I will double search the forums, but is the consensus that you just don't want too many over revs over the higher ranges?

Also sadly, this is one of the lowest, yet most reasonably priced ones. The CPO + lift makes it a bit attractive, but still a "O_o" look sometimes.

What I gathered from a quick search:

DME @
Range 1 - 3 is somewhat AOK, Range 4 - 6 VERY BAD.

I'll have GT2 buckets for sale in about 1-2 months.
