Can Piwis disable the front bumper side marker lights and driving/fog lights?

Sidemarkers can be switched to turn signals through PIWIS. That's how I've set mine up.

Regarding driving/fog lights, my 997-2 has the LEDs and they can be disabled in the OBC, you don't need PIWIS for that. Not sure how it is on 997-1 cars.

If that doesn't work you can always run resistors in place of the 5W bulbs - I've used those on other German cars I've owned. Just bridge a 220ohm 1 watt resistor over the city light wires to fool the ECU into thinking there is a bulb in place.

Yes have those in carbon fiber along with the
Full oem 997.2 gt3 cup bumpers, fenders, deck lid etc etc. The flares eliminate the side markers, hence why I want to turn them off completely so I don't have error message on the dash. Guess I will need to look into resistors for the fog/driving light combo.

Not sure exactly how you want to change them, but here are the menu items on a .1:

Thanks for posting this. Looks like I'm going to have to go the resistor route and trick the system into thinking a bulb is there as it doesn't look like the side markers and front lights can be completely turned off. The reason I want them all the way off is because on my car none of those lights are there anymore. It's like this:
