Default New Registry Almost Ready - Submit your GT Car now (all variants)

I'm a few days away from completing the data upload for the new GT Registry site. The site is live now (although empty) so I can start gathering information from everyone that is not in the registry today. There is a form you can fill out with your name, email, VIN, 5 photos and comments about your car. You can find the form here. If your car is already in the GT3 RS Registry it will be on the new site. I am also gathering data from Porsche for each car, which has delayed the launch.

If you want to add your car, please go here: http://gtregister.com/submit-your-porsche/

Sample Registry entry with options photos: http://gtregister.com/wp0ac29927s792983/

Please give me any feedback you have, and let me know if you have issues uploading your car. Thanks!

Chad

Just out of curiosity, why is VIN required? Looks cool though!

What happens if my car was already in the previous registry? The only information is the date/mileage of when I bought it.

VIN is the only unique identifier for the car, it's the only way to do a registry.

You can submit to me and I'll just leave it out of the import if you have better info now.

Just curious, how many registrants were on the other site.

I just read 658 GT3 were shipped to America.
That's it?? Sounds wrong to me.

Again, great work!!
So, those with cars already identified on the original RS registry should wait until the new site is live to provide updates? (Mine is 2930).

I think mine was in the old registry before I owned it. Just submitted it to the new site.

Please make sure that data isn't washed out here with details about prior wrecks and track usage

Prior site is very helpful in that manner

I'm planning on allowing updates similar to the other site. Just getting data loaded now. Idea is to be useful to all of us and provide accurate history of the cars.
