Who's car is that... a R-Lister? It has a GA Tag.

But yes his review was stupid. GT3's are an enthusiasts car that why the owners are so nerdy about it.. Because we are enthusiasts.

Bingo! He makes it sound like being pedantic about these cars is bad?

Maybe he forgot to consult the Thesaurus that clearly states pedantic is a synonym for enthusiast

This guy's reviews are all tongue in cheek and meant to be campy and goofy. In the end, he liked the car, felt the ride was tough for a daily drive, but the speed, handling, and precision were great. And of course we're all pedantic about these cars, it's part of the fun!

BTW, if you read (if you can stomach the comments... ugh) the comments you'll see he drove the car barefoot, kicked off the flip flops. Not that it's any better but I do same here in LA sometimes.

I totally agree. Works at Porsche and drives a Ferrari? He must not have career aspirations.

Relax guys. He loves the car for what it is. He says the hadling is awesome and it is one of the best car he's ever driven. Nobody bought this car to pick up groceries so no one cares what anyone thinks of it for around town.

Entertaining... like the conversation your dentist has with you while working away in your mouth unable to answer?

There's no damage to the wing; the review would've been longer and more fulsome but we're both pretty busy. He did it right before he moved on a Saturday that I was karting with friends.

I've known Doug for a few years now; you guys have to remember that he writes to entertain an audience of 13 year olds and adults who work at best buy, lowest common denominator.

I thought it was fine.

All auto journalists are tools to a certain extent.

I can't even read car magazines anymore.

I don't drive with flip flops but I do drive barefoot when I can. (Flip flops go in passenger side footwell) I recommend it!

I thought so...

IIRC you are pretty technical guy so I can only assume this guy was attempting to be funny.
