Default Finally!!!

Wanting a Porsche since age 11 I now finally own a 2008 Atlas grey GT3!!! When I return home I will post pictures. To all of you thanks for being patient with me as I ask questions and learn about this great automobile. Thanks to Mikej I added the Sharkwerks bypass and all I can say is WOO Hoo and smile after 4k RPM. Pulling the rear bumper and assorted parts was not as bad as I thought it would be. Next up TPC DRC box and minor interior trim replacement and upgrades . I will have steel 380 front rotors, 350 rear rotors and all pads for sale shortly, plus factory center muffler, OEM tail pipes and shift **** with alcantera boot. Stay tuned

Drove the car home 1341 miles and loved every minute of it. I think I got 3 hours sleep and drove on adrenaline. The car handles great drives well and the ride to me is perfect. I installed the SW bypass last week and all I can say is there aren't many sounds that are better. Should've done this a long time ago.

Awesome.

I feel same way. I just also added a bypass. While I love it, so far I wish it wasn't so loud at 4k in non sport mode. Non sport and sport are much more similar now. Net net it's a + though.

Beautiful car, congrats. How many miles on it? How did you find it? Love to see more pictures.

Long story short, after years of denying myself of a RSA due to priorities, my wife found this one on line out of Florida owned by a PCA member after I got a little frustrated looking for a GT3. I had made offers on a couple of cars only to have the owners back out just prior to booking flights After driving a GT3, I now understand how hard it is to walk away. It now has 33k miles on it as I have been driving it like crazy for the first month of ownership. I can't stop grinning. The car has been tracked but well maintained with records of maintenance. When I stop driving it around I will stop and shoot more pictures.

Really nice color on a GT3. I almost purchased one in Atlas Gray last year.

Congratulations !

Atlas Grey is one of the best color choices for a GT3....

... but then again I'm biased...
