Very, very happy to say I purchased a 2008 GT3 while on vacation in upstate New York in August!! It took a while to get it here, but it was delivered on Thursday. 28,300 miles, new engine by PCNA at 23,000 (flywheel bolts came loose & you know the rest). She has LWF, JRZ RS Pros, Guard LSD, FVD / M&M catless exhaust, Softronic tune and extensive suspension development by Dan Jacobs and crew at Hairy God Grrrage in CT.

Countless hours reading this forum and a correspondence course degree from Mooty University's school of Porsche GT Car Purchasing put me in a position to make this happen. Nine hours after first seeing Peter's add in the vehicle marketplace, I embarked on a 11 hour round trip in a rental Camry to see the car. 45 minutes of that time were spent at Peter's house, checking the car out, taking a short test drive and speaking to the Hairy Dog guys. We shook hands on it and I was back in the rental headed back to the cabin on Lake Champlain and an extremely understanding wife!
In time for cocktails and dinner at Latitude 44 (try it if you are ever in Plattsburgh, NY)

I can't wait to get to Sebring with it! Some of Peter's photos from his add are attached.

Thanks to all for all the kind words. I'm so pysched! I wasn't able to get her ready for Chin at Barber this weekend and had to cancel unfortunately. I'm shooting for PDG at HMS on the 27th or PCA Sebring on the 27th and / or 28th. Thanks again!
