The GT2 has the same problem as the GT3, to close to new price and no warranty.
Everyone should have a GT2 though....

Couldn't agree more.
Only problem with your reasoning is that all the newer Porsches only come with a Glorified Automatic gear box.....

There is hope for the Cayman..
Maybe a special edition RS?

Maybe I'm getting old enough to like paddels?

RS will be only paddles, no manual option..

I was of the same mindset re paddles, especially with my lingering knee and shoulder injuries. Switched my daily driver to paddles, I cannot wait to get back in the GT 2 and drive...."Manual > PDK Everytime"
Initially the paddles are very cool, especially on downshifts, after awhile it's just boring, IMHO.

Working on the next video, links below to a couple of clips that will probably end up in the final version.

Dude you know that's not true. Autotrader lists several between $129k-$150k. Not even close to new price, although the asking values have held quite firm and maybe have had a slight uptick since 2011. Compared to the 3.8RS it's a bargain.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why get excited about the camaro if you can get a 400 pound lighter stingray for $10k less?

The Camaro was a couple seconds faster than the stingray during C&D's lightning lap, but the Z28 had much grippier tires. It would seem that the vette would be as fast or a tick faster on the same tires.

Trakcar,

Remove the seat and sit on the floor. Use velcro on your *** to keep you planted.

Tried that and that space age padding that forms around your body like a bean bag.
Not working.

The Z/28 has brakes and suspension that can take the abuse lap after lap better than the stock Vette Stingray.

Wait till the slightly more expensive Z06 Vette comes out and cleans every cars clock on the track.

Like Trakcar said...the interior is tiny...cramped. We don't fit dang it!
