The GT3 looks incredible among the pack.

 

RS style, not sure if it’s OEM but Probably not. I swapped it out with a ducktail already as I wanted to tone down the car (slightly) if that’s a thing.

 

Any pics with the ducktail?

 

 

Ducktail looks pretty good!
It works much better on a .1 than a .2 IMO.

I’ve been trying to source an OE trunk or something similar to cut up for some time now to do something a bit similar.

Leaving all the OE pieces in tact, but just shaving the wing. Another member here did it some time ago. I would ideally leave the gurney flap black.

I brought the GT3 home with the RS wing and my wife laughed at it and asked if my car has DRS.

 

Haha I mean it's certainly not a popular opinion, and doesn't change how much I love the wing.
I did it on my GT4 and I enjoyed the look. Its just of fun to change it in and out depending on what I'm feeling like.

IMO, GT3's belong with the factory rear spoiler. They look like a piece was chopped off the car, plus the aerodynamic may have changed.

I think most would agree with you, but trying a toned down look. You’ve never seen a 997.1 GT3 touring??

Regarding aero, likely you are right at high speeds but around town I probably won’t notice it. I can swap the deck lid out in about 15-20 min for the track. Although I am curious to feel the difference, I may even take it to the track with me and swap it there for a direct comparison.
