Yeah it's definitely worth it to take your own car out there. Groups are pretty small and everyone ends up doing different modules most of the time so you won't get held up with other cars. I've been told it usually books the week of so book it at least a week in advance.

First great car event in Houston in a while. 400+ cars and some very tasty participants. Typical 30+ of each; Lambos, Ferraris, McLarens of course. My pedestrian 7.2 below along with a few favorites. First time seeing an F40 in the flesh!!
Parked next to a nice 7.1. Didn't get a chance to meet the owner though.
