most certainly will be a turbo 4, it would be a good way for them to introduce this power plant so that it is associated with a sporty image rather than an economical fuel efficient image. But if there is a race series based on this, I will finally get off my *** and get licensed.

If you have street-able track tires... stop off at a race shop or Porsche dealer the day before your event. Have them swap / properly torque the wheels on a lift. I did this for a while.

Three Wheelin'
Like father, like son... hopefully.

Once again, I'm quite sure that this is NOT a turbo charged engine.
The inlets on the sides are split between working and cooling air. No further air for intercoolers.
They would never introduce a new engine in a GT model!
Looks amazing. Hopefully I can spot one close to Weissach to look for the gearbox

PDK please (physical selfish reasons) and lower the dang seat so us tall guys can get legs under the steering wheel or let us bring wheel out closer to body. Oh need some 6 point harness seats Porsche...come on you're dropping the ball with 991 cars and Caymans and no 6 point harness seat!
I am 6'5" and can actually sit in the newer Cayman.
I don't know who in the hell designed the first Cayman/Boxsters, especially being a German country they really screwed up the front seating size and who could sit in it. Almost felt like I was in an S2000 when I sat in that last Boxster Spyder!

I also swap brake pads for the track too, bleed or flush my brakes check bolts and so forth.
But seriously this stupid center lock idea from Porsche has me just shaking my head. I tried to find a benefit to it and why Porsche would even consider it. I can't think of 1 reasonn to have these center locks...not 1!!!!

6'5" 235lbs w/ prosthetic leg...223 with out leg... this could be a weight advantage! LOL. I need to go check out the newer Cayman. My issue with fitting is my left leg is a full prosthetic leg...above knee amputee. So it doesn't bend/move sideways out of the way like a real human leg does.
The Engine, is it going to be a Boxster 4? That, cough cough cough, is the Question. We don't need no Stinkin' VW Parts-Bin crap. If they pull that kinda crap do you realize the revolt Porsche will have on their hands?
Remember, there is going to be a Sub Bosxter/Cayman car supposedly someday and I wonder if VW is forcing that upon Porsche or not? MORE SALES! But really I don't want to see anything less than what they already offer!
