Default Disable Seatbelt Warning Lights & Chime

Outside of sticking a dummy seat belt into the latch, how do I get this disabled when using harnesses? The chime sounds for a minute or so, then the light stays on. I'd like to get rid of the light and the chime.

Here's where I am right now:
--I have Recaro pole position seats in the car (no side airbags)
--I DO NOT get an airbag warning. So I believe the Driver & Passenger Thorax airbag are set = NO
--I believe this also requires AWS = NO (weight sensors right?)
--Do I need to use PIWIS and set the driver and passenger buckle = NO?

I found some old threads on this but I didn't really see a clear answer how to do this.

Thanks

seat buckle is on the same command sequence in PIWIS as when you diabled AWS and thorax airbag.

Ok, so Seat Buckle = NO is the setting/option in PIWIS? AWS/Thorax were already disabled when I got the car, the PO had the Recaros put in. I'll bring over to my shop and have them hook it up. Depending who's there they may or may not know the exact sequence…. so trying to help them out a bit.

Disable (i.e. change Yes to No) belt buckle, driver and passenger, in Airbag module. Disable AWS (i.e. change Yes to No) in Gateway and Airbag modules. Disable (i.e. change Yes to No) Thorax airbag, driver and passenger, in Airbag module. Hopefully that should do it. GL.

Bumping this. Will a dealer do this for me, or do I need to find someone else with the tool?

If so, anyone in the Seattle area want to help me out for a 6 pack or lunch?

Dealer coded out my thorax air bags, but refused to do the seat belt chime.

Interesting. Maybe some legalities there or something. I would rather not have to deal with a dummy dongle when on track and in harnesses though
