Not even crack would justify the price. Living in Miami I had to call. Its no typo. Sales person told me it had lots of upgrades such as an exhaust system! WOW. He did say that he previous owner was Tony Kannan. You can by 2 non kannan owned gt3s or a sweet gt3 .2 with cash left over for that price. Honestly, what some people are asking (and getting) for GT3s right now is insane! Many of us are debating whats going to happen once the RS comes out. Who knows but paying 130 for non rs or .1RS IMHO is nuts. But then again we are all kind of nuts.

i can't get $107 for mine, and lots of comments on RL that I'm over priced. Ive been offered wholesale pricing in the low 90's so i don't think I'm that far off!
asking and receiving are 2 different things my friends!

Not comparing your car to what is out there but there seems to be many .1GT3 in the mid-high 70s. I think .2RS should be 100k depending on miles. Byers in OH had a 08.1RS CPO that sold for 99. I offered 95 and it sold the next day for 99.

just took a look at your ad. It's a sellers market right now and I wouldn't budge on the price too much. The pricing feedback in your thread is from prospective buyers (2) who are probably hunting for a "deal". If you don't need to sell for cash flow reasons, the right buyer will come knocking at $107K. Heck, it might even go up in value while you wait...

Crap my bad. Didn't notice yours was a .2. You are in the ball park. A friend just paid 103 for one. Good luck.

For those either buying or selling, here is just one data point. I had to stop at my local dealer today, and saw a very clean 2010 GT3 with 8K miles. Sold for $115K, and in 24hs (no PCCB's, and, as I heard from dealer, never tracked). Very nice car. I doubt the one in Florida can be that much better. Miami Price
