Would you buy this 997.2 GT3?

The current seller does not know anything about the car. He took in trade for a Gallardo.
88Turbo, what do you mean re your friend called and spoke to the owner? The current dealer at PMC?
The list is 72.8. But again, he knows that there are very few guys who would be that car. So about 65 is very possible--IMHO it's definitely not a So Cal car. Too stiff to be a daily driver, it's a definitely a track car first. I live in the Bay Area, and do Thunderhill, Sonoma, and Laguna regularly.
I admit I'm no GT3 expert, that's why I'm reaching out to you folks. From what I understand, the key difference in the engine between the GT3 and the RS is the lightweight flywheel, which was done on this car, and I would think has not been reversed. No it does not have the rear wider track of the RS, or the lightweight window; the wing is not the RS wing.
I could definitely wait to something else comes along. I have a running search on Ebay for GT3s. But most that come up are street cars: they have NAV (useless to me), lots of $$ options (useless), no cage, other other useful track prep.
Or I do this: I wait until I get the CS back with a 3.8 making 350hp+. I get some additional suspension work, and go hunting GT3s

Should I also make the rennlist community aware of your 997 gt3 how your purchased the car for low 70's with extra wheels, and trying to flip it for 10k profit on rennlist ? Beware of 88T
