The potentiometer reading is fine. Mine is 47.000.

This is probably someone's commuter car considering 41k miles and the overrev report is perfect. It's seen a lot of freeway use since it is only at 1047 hours.

Not really. Clean DME, mine was exactly same (had lower miles/hours though). Car probably hasn't been driven very hard. Like Serge said, driver, commuter car.

If price is right and rest of PPI checked out worth a visit.
