For you guys who live in States with no emissions, drop the cats. If you're all about shrinking the delta, the cats will split some hairs at 3 or 4 hp, lol.

Yes, but there will only be 3-4 to go around for the first batch. We'll work on scaling up production of them if demand is high...

These CF intake plenums will be exact replicas of the OEM 4.0 plenum?
You'd still need to get the 4.0 runners?

Hi Ranger,

Yes, we will offer a service to port the runners to match the plenum for those interested. We have the CNC programs setup, so it's a complete solution. I was figuring this would be more for those building 4.0 engines, but if there is a benefit for the 3.8/3.6 then we can do it.

I think a simple bolt on of our plenum, port matched runners, cams exhaust and a tune would be interesting to see the improvements.

The heads flow quite a bit, so relieving obstructions to flow on the exhaust side first, then the intake side, should yield some more power!

Id be up to test that theory on a 3.6 with doing that first and seeing what it yields. An engine build is something i would like to do in the future, but in the mean time if cost wasnt to great id definitely like to see where this would take a 3.6
