Default Camp 4

I know its July, but this stuff needs to be booked ahead.

Anyone here done it?
What do I need to know, its a bucket list item so I might as well cross it off before there are really no manual no PTV cars left to play with.

Probably will conflict with www.48hoursatSebring.com but neither have announced the dates yet...

Hey Peter,

Have a read of my Camp 4 review in European Car Magazine:
http://www.europeancarweb.com/featur..._camp4_canada/

It is a blast! And I drive on snow for half the year (nearly....or that's how it seems).

PM if you have any questions.

Cheers!

Thanks!
Might do the Canadian also but looking to go to the Finland one this winter, both look like so much fun. They repair / replace bumpers daily LOL

No need to go to Finland. They did one of these last winter at Sugarbush, VT. They set it up on the golf course.

The av temps in Ivalo were around -15 - 20 Celcius with our final day at -25

that said the entire day is spent in the car and all you need is a warm shirt and jeans with a good jacket when you take a break

on one of the evenings we went on snow mobiles to the eventual restaurant for the dineer and at night with speeds around 100 - 115 kph it was quite excilerating

someone mentioned one handed driving, one of our attendees (an aussie) was driving one of the courses, one handed while talking to his brother back in Oz describing what he was doing, literally with angles of lock and throttle control (a true master) all in jest

seriously though it is a bucket list item, the worst part is the strong desire to repeat it
