I like it, but I think it would be better with black wheels, rear view mirrors and wing endplates.

That car has been for sale longer than some houses on the market. They always have a good selection but have prices in the stratosphere...

it's a gorgeous color in person.
watch, it will sell at that price.
we are not the target mkt.
and some ppl buy things you would wonder.
i just sold a pam 000 at 10,000. that's 100% marked up.
why he wants it i have no idea. you can buy one new with my sweat on the band at the store for 1/2 that price.

They have a 4.0RS there I went to look at.. Not something I want to afford but want to drive one some day.. I have not seen another dealer with as many GT2's, GT3rs for sale as them.

They also have a black 07 RS they were asking 150K for about 6 months ago (Still For Sale now) and they acted like I was an idiot because I told them the price was to high.

So you are correct... I was not the buyer they are looking for.

rpm at texas has some very nice car. when i spoke with the proprietor years ago, he discounts very little, i mean like 1/2% or less. i asked why you keep them in inventory so long and not selling them (some are in there for YEARS). he says they are not on floor charge, he owns them outright. well, he's still in business and i do buy his cars. so you just have to put the right seller and buyer together and be patient.

i am not a patient buyer. i am an idiot who buys on a whim. you catch me the right moment, i might pay RS money for soiled undies.

Mooty, you and Peter are the only two buyers I would sell my car to. For an absurd amount of money of course. :-)

so bad it is good.

Stands out as unique.
Mean cars are allowed to look soft. even in powder blue.
