unfortunately, tree huggers dont like diesels... all these clean energy convinced the state that they will only give fast lane carpool to electric cars now. i would get a diesel commuter if they gave out those stickers. yes.. crap box.. it is a death box.. tin can on battery.. u kick the car and airbag will deploy.

Gotta love an S54. I still miss mine. One comment I saw a lot of short shifting and wonder if it was deliberate. I edited my comments to reflect my boneheaded vision that had you still in an M3. Guess I need new glasses.

depends. i can often be found with my trailer rig in the fast lane or sometimes the carpool lane. you would not believe the look on the cops face when we had a chat on the side of the fwy.

tim, if you have to trail into T1, your car must have a lot of push?
it's a fast turn, you should need to trail.
i would brake early on the straight, turn in and wot, aim for the dude in the flag station who's not paying attention.

The only time I trail braked t1 and practically on any tite radius turns- when my car was aligned with major understeer- boy it was frustrating. Without a pushy car I trail brake on 10/11/14 and wot it. Mike

Yes, I love it when there is fast car to play around with. mooty run on nuclear fusion, heat does not bother him at all but he falls asleep in morning session. I was holding him up in the afternoon while I see double and suffer from heat stroke

I am sure you will have audi/video all setup next time. Yes, ask Tim to get in the red group. running with fast car will make you go that much faster. In advance group some cars have 20+ seconds delta lap time so as long as you are not doing 2:30 then you should be fine
