2010 GT3 Clutch Replacement to GT3RS 4.0

I would be VERY reluctant to do this upgrade. Search this forum about all the clutch/flywheel issues with RS models. There are multiple threads on this topic. RS clutches only seem to last 4-6k miles, hence a very expensive and regularly replaceable upgrade for very little benefit.
More power, Lower gearing, and a lot more shifting is also part of why the .2RS clutch/TO bearing sees accelerated wear compared to the .1GT3/RS and .2GT3. It's a fact. The more you shift, the more wear that takes place.

I was going to do it while the motor was out for exhaust cam actuators replacement but dealer advised me the warranty would be void, will wait until warranty expires.

Just done a full RS 4.0 kit from Suncoast to my 2010 GT3. I did a ton amount of research and my conclusion is don't do it with any 997.1 GT3 as the pulley won't hold. Confirmed from Suncoast and Alex from Sharkwerks, for the 997.2 they used the same pulley as the RS so it is less likely to come loose. To be sure, you have to check your pulley whenever you have a chance to make sure no bolts are backing out. The problem with the LWFW is that it rattles, vibrates and make more noise than the dual mass. More vibration looses the harmonic balance and will vibrate bolts out of the engine, but it is a very slim chance as less restrictive exhaust and running the engine itself vibrates.
My final thoughts are the performance is mind blowing after the install. You have more pull in gears and the rev match felt like a another level, now it feels like a RS without the crazy wing and wide body. But in return, you get a dishwasher type noise at idle and still remains until 3k rpm then it goes away. You also get way more vibration like a truck while at a stop as well. Clutch is more precise and no room to play which is less streetable than the dual mass. (Jerks more)

Just an update - approx 27k miles later and it's great, I'm still loving it. As others have stated, more NVH from the LWFW and some chatter but nothing unbearable. The rev matching and overall free-er revving is very noticeable.
Would recommend to anyone.
