As the title says I am considering selling. The reason is I want to get into a dedicated track car that I can push harder without fear of expensive damage or devaluing should I push too hard. I also want more safety devices and something I can eventually club race. Am I thinking clearly or should I hang on to my RS?
This is my car:

Currently at 16.5k miles. I am the 2nd owner. I have less than 500 track miles on it(427 to be exact).
Factory options:
PCCB (rotors and pads replaced with brand new PFC slotted front, Turbo rear rotors with PFC08 pads)
Navigation
Xenons
Porsche OEM roll bar painted orange
Floor mats
Mods/upgrades:
Clear bra on entire front end and mirrors
Cargraphic screens in the front bumper
Carbon fiber dive planes and gurney lip
Guard 40/60 rebuilt factory LSD (LSD & transmission fluid March 2013)
Water + water wetter replaced antifreeze(March 2013)
new OEM spark plugs and air filter
new OEM rear track rods with tarrett toe links and locking plate kit
Rennline wheel studs
Speigler stainless steel brake lines with SRF fluid (lines & new fluid March 2013)
PMNA caliper studs on all calipers
997.2 rear brake ducts
Headlight washer components/hoses deleted
Side decals have been removed
Track aligned and corner balanced
Have all keys and manuals, no window sticker but I do have the CoA from Porsche.
Has paint chips on the typical wide body area as the previous owner never put clear film there. As well as a paint chip in the bumper and rear fender that have been filled in with touch up paint. 1 OEM wheel has a paint chip on it.
Mechanicals are perfect and would pass a PPI without issue. Tires are PS2 and have nearly full tread(90%+)
Currently the stock seats are out of the car(CGT buckets currently in use) but would be swapped back. The seats have very low wear/miles on them.
PM sent.
