Fiat out. Aero Beetle in.
Although a super ride and work of industrial art, I sold the 458 and purchased a 2011 Gt3 RS. No regrets. I love the steering feel, intimate size, linear power delivery, and spare change. Currently tracking a Cayman S.
Some of you may recognize the car- yes it was from an upstanding citizen of Rennlist.

Good question. It is 2009 with PDK and upgraded suspension to Cayman R, Gt2 buckets, and harness bar. Really have enjoyed it and is more car than I have skill. Prior car was 2007 Gt3 and with Cayman I missed the power delivery so now in transition.

Diatribe time from the resident Fiat ambassador...
Seriously, that's a nice looking car. A cup doppelganger!

Congratulations, dumping a 458 to get a 3.8 GT3 RS is the fastest way to lose 300 lbs.
458 and GT3 RS 3.8 are equally capable on a racetrack, but the Fiat will self-destroy after 15 minutes, while the GT3 will self-destroy after a few hours.
Scuderia is on another league, faster track car than both, solid, reliable, lighter and better looking.
