Default Cross Country Again

On my way to Alabama for PSDS from CA
Got really bugged in AZ
Did you know when your miles to empty drops to below 10...miles to empty display disappears....yikes

that is what is great about these cars. Drive them cross country, track the poop out of them, service and drive home.

How do you get 24.4mpg? I've done some decent drives ( > 600 miles) on interstates and highways and still can't manage more than 20mpg.

Anyone know the inputs used to calculate the fuel consumption?

Another great road trip!

BTW you can drive for quite a while on - -.
The tank fits 17.1 gallon on fumes unless the pump in Sebring lies.

I get that on my early morning/evening 'commute' between LA and SD.. at 78mph average.

i can run approx 250 miles to tank highway. Give or or take of course..

I thought I was driving with a light right foot. Only fun is the interstate entrance ramps. Guess I'll have to keep comparing gas prices to back in Australia and make myself feel better that way.

As a newly licensed driver in the US I am paying significant amounts for insurance and don't want that to increase because of tickets etc.
