Wow you are still looking? I remember you and I were looking at the same time last year. Problem for you is that all the 997.1 gt3 are now 10k higher than they were last year...

The prices I'm seeing are probably the same as last year. I was in the $78k range last year for a 2007 and it may look like this number may work for a 2008. I searched past sales within 6 months and I saw a few 2008 low miles priced at $78k. I wasn't in the market at that time so I missed out on quite a few. TT sells this weekend or the following; awaiting the buyers decision on the day. But for the right one I can buy it now before the TT sells. I hope I find one by May!

considering .1RS and .2 Non RS are selling for 100k+, the 997.1 for 75-80K GT3 is a nice alternative for one to get the GT3 experience.
This is why they are getting harder to find.
For the weekend warrior $75-80k is still a big chunk of change for a used car with no warranty, but it is a legendary 911. That is the price to join the club. Enthusists want in that club.
Seeing where the long nose market has gone as well as the 964 and 993 market, the 997.1 GT3 is going to continue to depreciate very slow given the current price point. One can get in and go in one of these thing with little to no service or work required. Turn-Key.
Spring is here.
How many can you find?
