Ordered the Canards (dive planes) from GMG for a 997.1 RS - they sent the ones for a .2 RS. Told me that they were the only ones available and that they are custom ordered and can not be returned. I asked why are you advertising ones for a .1 RS and never got a great response.

So - $745.00 new. These were never used - one was opened to see how fit was - when this didn't work - the second one was never opened.

Unbelievable that they would damage their reputation over something so easy to refund when it was their mistake to begin with. What were they thinking? I have gotten bad customer service from them too.

bc it's one of the worst shop around.
btw, those are not custom parts, so if it's not returnable, they need to come up with some other reasons.

that said, good luck with your sale, but try not to buy stuff form GMG.

Thanks for the responses. The guy that I talked to (both when ordering and on the return) was alittle rude. Seems like I was bothering him - especially since I wasn't having work done at the shop.

You also over paid for those dive planes from GMG.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune with GMG. That's complete BS that they pull that crap. Not custom and they can easily be sold to another .2 car without any worries so there was no reason not to take it back.....especially since it was THEIR FAULT.

Have hear this story before with GMG. Let me guess, did you talk to Allen???

If you aren't able to quickly sell them here, I agree with Dell. Talk to James or Fabryce and I trust they will do the right thing. Your experience so far is unreasonable.
