Default Hans Device anchoring

Do you prefer the Post anchoring or Quick Click for your Hans device?

And, why?

Thanks,

Quick click is the one you press down and slide right? I have that version. I think it is more convinient.. Thats all. Both are safe equally.

Are you getting a new one?

You are referring to the post anchor above, not the quick click. The quick one is the one with the straps dangling down that you pull on. Never used it. I also have the post anchor and it seems just fine.

I have heard reports of some of the QC's releasing unintentionally, but never witnessed this personally. I've never noticed pro's using the QC either.
The standard post works very well and is easy to use.

As stated above, the standard post are easy and quick enough in taking Hans off helmet. I often have to take Hans off when jumping into a students car with no harness. Then quickly put Hans back on when going out in my car.

Hey David,

Yes, I am looking to get one soon.

Have you been out to the track lately?
