Default Randy (Izzone) and his new ride....

I could have PM'ed, but it's more fun to ask openly here.

Has anybody heard from, seen or driven with Randy and his new air-cooled car?

I just can't stand the anticipation and hope it works out well for him.

I think he's too tall to fit and must make modifications. As far as I know he has not driven in it yet.
But I've had my head in the sand working lately..

Cant wait to see the video's and rear the story once he starts playing with it..

Oh, and he'll be married soon and than he'll be too fat as well.

Yes I did....car is super trick. Picked it up last week

it is at Zotz Racing being gone through and modified to make me fit; larger seat, remove seat brakets, install 901 shop accelerator pedal, move dual master sylnder brake assembly and bias controller ect.

Ill be at Roebling this weekend testing it then racing at the first two SVRA events. http://www.svra.com/events/

Lollipop will be at Roebling this weekend, ill arm her with a camera for a few photos

Get this....a set of PFC08 for the entire car....less than $800....LOL

Can you ask Ron to put the muffler where the muffler hole is please?

How long should the pads last?

you will fit fine, ron has a bunch of these in his shop for all shapes and size people. I test fit a bunch of them

Im doing both Sebring than not sur ewhat other ones....also some HSR races

Rotors are stock Porsche 930 rotors
Pads are $140ish per axle, car weighs 2,000 lbs......so a lot longer than our cars

Once I get more info figured out ill let you know

Took Deputy Dog to Rons shop yesterday he enjoyed it

Imagine this....there is a 914 there that will be a sub 2:11 car at Sebring

Izzone, are you sticking only to Club Racing with a bunch of slow folks with driving suits, or are you going to include real flat out driving in NASA Florida TT?

The little antique is NASA TT1 legal, same class where the Aero Beetles run ,there are a few track records up for grabs in Florida, and you get 4 free tires per weekend with Toyo or Hoosier.

Great new car. I'm looking at adding a spec boxter or a Miata to the GT2 for some fun.

Yup, fill up the cooler with Bone fish and *****!

I doubt Randy is up for autoX on track AKA as TT. He likes to drive more than get free tires.

So what class runs Schlumpfie run in? I have seen some slow but beautiful E class 911's with alcantara insides that I liked, but I need one to race in Randy's class that's just a little faster. No big difference, second a lap will do so I wont have to work too hard and can just learn from following him and stealing his data. Do they make them a little larger to scale say 1.1 : 1?
