Didn't have it on my 3.6 GT3. Had lots of scrapes but replaced it for a couple hundred bucks. Then just learned to be smarter about angle of entry on driveways and how I get about. Never had one scrape on my 3.8 RS in 18 months, and so far no scrape on my 4.0 RS. I actually enjoy the challenge of trying not to scrape it and succeeding. But even if I do easy to replace. So.....no I don't miss not having one. And I drive it around LA almost daily.
