But you do and the parts feature 3 letter names. Like I said to Leh, I haven't tracked my car yet but I can tell there is a big difference in how the car performs over bumps and handles changes in direction. My big moment in the video from AMP would not have been a moment at all with the MCS on the car. Can't wait to get these on the track for a more descriptive write-up.

A real driver shouldn't be working on their own car

Wow, with Leh's endorsement it seems inevitable that I now have to do this. I was 50/50 before. So, add to that new LSD internals and 5-lug conversion and that's a nice $15k off-season tab. Who ever said this was a cheap hobby?

Are 2007 997.1 GT3RS lower control arms 2-piece units? Both front and rear? Is the Tarett Engineering "monoball end" as good as replacing the entire LCA, or is there something on the opposite end that is superior with the RSS style unit? I realize the RSS units look great, but functionality is what I am inquiring into. Thanks in advance.

Leh,

RSS suspension bits may start flying off the shelf. I too have been on the fence, but I think it's time to add it to my off season project list.

Glad to see you still think the rs.1 is the holy grail. I've seen you post some blazing fast laps in the GTR, so I wasn't sure which was your favorite street car. Didn't you and your Dad pickup one of the Brumos Special Edition GT3 Cups with 4.0 motor...that's my holy grail :-)

PS, Seth will be there.

Wouldn't you rather be at COTA?

Seth.. You are exactly right.. That corner is kinda similar to T9 at Roebling with the bumps and all.. With the arms you wouldn't have had the movement unsettle the rear and cause the OS..

THIS is exactly what i am talking about!!

For guys that haven't seen check out 3:04 mark in this vid..

The RS is by far more special to me and in another league as far as what i want in a car compared to the GTR... The GTR was fast though!!

Yea.. Pops got one of the 5.. Will be really cool racing that thing in vintage about 30 years from now!

Only the rear components are changed right?

I guess the front seeing less load is less critical?

thanks
