I just bought my 997.1 GT3 from a private party and had a dealer do the CPO. All in cost for the CPO was $2,500 - well worth it. I would see if you can find a local dealer that will CPO it for you.

If you can't find one at the dealer, this is the way to go! Just have it PPI'd at the dealer that wil do the CPO and you will know exactly what you are getting into.
