Smart money buys an 3.8RS. They hardly are depreciating and I think once buyers recover from sticker shock of the 991RS in 2015/16 they might already appreciate towards the 4.0 price point. The 4.0 might depreciate or the delta stays the same. Time will tell.
Or put it this way, buy and drive what you enjoy. Nothing about this hobby/obsession makes economic sense
