Sorry for the slight OT, does anyone have the weight and width of the stock center muffler?

I went with the FabSpeed side muff delete as well as the min Maxflow center muff combo. Sounds great, a little drone down low but I swear the drone is less now that I have put a few miles on the system. Very easy job overall, that rear bumper was made to come off/on very easily!

Would love to reports on the overall volume and character of the sound.

I am most concerned about the drone at the 2000-3000rpm range - have a FVD centre bypass now with almost no drone - don't mind losing a little more weight with the side muffler delete + stock centre muffler.

The drone (if any) will be a deal killer.

thanks

CT944; 1991 300CE Koenig Special. Show me the pictures please.

The Fabspeed is interesting, but still 2 little cans for generating heat? Love to hear the slight drone..

It does drone and is not as nice as the centre bypass.

Right, if you're looking for an amazing sound, solid product, go with the M&M system.

That's what I have in my car, and that's what I sold to Trakcar, and a few other members here. I couldn't be happier.

This side muffler delete, has a little bit of drone in low RPMs, but is by far the best bang for the buck, with German quality product.

The more I research the more confused I am. Currently I have stock side mufflers and sharky center bypass on 07 GT3RS. If I want to get rid of the side mufflers what is the best side muffler delete system with what rear muffler gives me the best bang for the buck with the least (hopefully none) drone? If possible could you PM me a cost Eddie. Thanks in advance.

I'll send you a PM Tal, but it's quite simple.

The side muffler delete kit, is really cost effective, but it does generate a little of low RPM drone.
For a drone free system, I would choose the M&M muffler (same I have now on my car and also on Trakcar and other rennlisters)
Of course you have other options, like Izzone's Akrapovic, but the cost is different.

Like I said I'll send you a PM.

M&M made in Germany...they make many full on race exhausts.... and dealing with Eddie on this forum....should be a done deal.
