Brand New 997 GT2 appraisal

A contact of mine, tell me of a 2009 GT2, almost brand new! (170 miles), that he's been offered, privately.
Full club sport package, including sport bucket seats, CF backs, coded roll cage.
As to color, declined mentioning, only described as "unusual for a sports car", hint of brown!!*
Owner cannot locate the whereabouts of "window sticker". Yet confirms: cost was $195k.
No asking price. Buyer to make offer...if interested.
Any idea what it would be worth, ...from buyer's point!

You can get a list of factory options installed if you have the VIN. The extreme low miles would actually deter me. If it MSRP'ed at $195k, three years of depreciation would bring it to about $140k, maybe less if the color is truly awful. As they say in the car business, there's an *** for every seat. Good luck!
