Default Akra exhaust on 3.8L GT3RS (full effect) -- Turn down your speakers!

I did a lapping today at Ridge Motorsports Park in WA (coming off a 5 yr break from driving). Second time out to the Ridge and I love the track!! So lucky to have this in PNW. I've been getting a lot of wind buffeting from my ICV so I took matters in to my own hands and came up w/ an alternate solution by mounting a mic onto the rear tow-hook. The effect is sic. Akra full evolution up close and personal.

rja, remember you you from the 6speed days.
Great car, awesome sound and a nice track. Not to crazy about those pine trees so close though.
btw, sounds better than the old Cargraphic exhaust.

Heading up to Seattle today to hit The Ridge up this weekend. Can't wait to see the new track as it looks amazing from the videos I have seen.

Awesome video! What tires are you running? Akra transforms the car completely. Thanks for sharing and "like"!

What tires are you running?
I'm running the Trofeo. Can't tell you how they compare to the MPSCs though because I haven't driven them on the track. Overall though, I'm very happy with them. Really nice turn-in response and predictable. I have about 14 heat cycles on them right now (over 3 lapping days) and they still feel good. They're also noticeably quieter that the MPSCs which I really appreciate since my RS is also my DD. Also running PFC08s which I'm still getting use to from the street pad I had been running. You can see it in the brake zones where I'm braking way too early (even needing to get back on the throttle at times prior to turn-in).

It's really great to be back out driving again and the RS really exceeds my expectations (really does feel close to a racecar to me). Will probably get a bar & harness 'cause I'm a little nervous to drive it all out as is.
