NO PCCP in Supercup with the 991. There is a reason for that!!!

Wow. That was a short lived life for PCCB and porsche motorsport.
Perhaps VW wanted to keep overhead down on 991?

Would love to know how many PCCB failures were documented in the 997 Supercup series.

The main reason for switching to steel discs on the 991 Supercup was that to many drivers that was used to the 997 cup with steel discs had HUGE problems to adopt to brake with PCCB discs. So to avoid this they use steel discs on the 991 Supercup cars and thereby achieving an easier transfer for the driver from the normal Cup series.
